Lister’s new DVD helps installers sell EcoClear energy efficient windows
Managing Director Mark Warren recognises homeowners’ growing interest in investing in energy efficient products for the home and set out to help its customers sell window energy ratings (WERs) and exploit this growing market. He explains, “Our business is not just about selling product. We also take pride in helping our customers make the most of new market opportunities. With changes to Building Regulations in 2010 and a greater awareness among end-users about the benefits of energy efficient products, it’s an ideal time for installers to start selling energy rated windows.
“We offer A and B energy rated windows but about a quarter of our customers have now standardised on A rated windows because it’s so easy to get it with EcoClear sealed units in the Elitis frame. A to C rated windows are also eligible for the well recognised Energy Saving Recommended tag from the Energy Saving Trust.”
