Listers answer an SOS at local school
Carmountside Children’s Primary School based in Abbey Hulton, needed help. Local fabricator Lister Trade Frames stepped up to the call.
Carmountside Primary school is built around a small garden and duck pond, but with no easy access from the school to the grounds the beautiful garden went to waste.
The obvious solution was to install a door that would lead outside directly to the gardens, but with no funds available the school needed to turn to local business’s for help.
Lister Trade Frames, based on Fenton Industrial Estate answered their plea; Listers went out to the school, measured up, manufactured and installed an Elitis high security PVC-u door completely free of charge.
‘At Listers we believe it important to support each other within the community, it’s obvious the children adored their garden, it’s nice to know we could do something to help.’ Phil Warren Listers Sales Director.
The Head teacher Mr Philip Mclauchlan has said the children are absolutely delighted. ‘Now the children can sit outside next to the ducks to have their story read to them.
