Open Days Open Doors at Listers
Lister Trade Frames, of Stoke on Trent, recently held two trade open days and launched four new doors ranges, offering greater sales opportunities for their customers.
Listers have just completed a full year of consecutive record sales months helped by their making ‘C’ Energy Rated windows their standard product. But its not just windows that give Listers an edge: They have now launched their own Bi-Fold doors, Fire Doors, Garage Doors and added to their own range of Gallery Composite Doors.
“We had over 250 trade visitors to our open days” Says Phil Warren, Listers Sales Director. “I say ‘visitors’ rather than customers because a good number of new prospects came along to see what we had on show, and everyone went away impressed with the new opportunities we had to offer.”
The latest developments from Ultraframe were on show, and suppliers to their building plastics trade outlet demonstrated new products, but Listers also had yet another more unusual presentation: HR and IT Support. Customers were shown Listers latest advancements in IT technology to improve and speed up customer contact and pricing, and they were also able to have private consultations with a professional Employment Law consultant offering advice and support to Listers customers.
Phil says that “The open days focused on Listers Customer Support package. It isn’t just the new products we offer, or the extra value we add like our standard ‘C’ Energy Rated windows, or even the extensive marketing. It’s more than that. We invest in making our customer’s business lives as easy as possible and if that includes professional IT, HR or Health and Safety advice, then yes that’s what we will provide.”
