Elitis Customer gets £1500 payout.

Sunray Doors and Windows of Denbighshire were the lucky winners of the Elitis yearly marketing prize and have received £1500 in marketing support and a very special gift for one of their retail customers.

Each year, Lister Trade Frames, who manufacture the Elitis range of windows and doors, award this prize to one of their trade customers who have actively promoted the Elitis brand. The winner is chosen through an online registration system which forms part of the Elitis Website.

Sunray has been trading for over 25 years, which is a fine commendation for any business. Their main focus is in on the retail market and they also carry out commercial installations using the Elitis range.

Considering the reason for their success, Fred Hayward, Sunray’s joint owner, says that attention to detail has kept them ahead of their competition, “We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional approach. Using our own well trained teams of fitters we can ensure the quality of every installation and respond quickly to our customers needs. The Elitis window range has helped us to keep our quality high.”

One of Sunray’s customers, Mr Watson, was chosen by Elitis to receive a gift of five hundred pounds worth of cut crystal glassware and some Champaign to celebrate with. “It’s a great prize to win,” says Fred, “it gave our customer an extra treat and we can benefit from a boost to our marketing budget which we know will generate even more business for us. So thank you Elitis!”
