Looking ahead, we are investing in the future of Listers with new leadership and systems designed to make supply even simpler and more reliable. Steve Talbot joins us in October as Group Procurement Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience that will help streamline procurement across the group and guide the implementation of a new business system. These steps will strengthen our ability to serve customers more efficiently and sustainably.

We are also pleased to confirm that we have successfully recruited a new General Manager for Stoke, a Production Manager for our PVC department, two Production Supervisors, and a Dispatch Supervisor — all of whom will be starting with us soon. In addition, our second Maintenance Engineer has already joined the team to support machine reliability and preventative maintenance.

Together, these changes show how we are preparing for a stronger 2026 and beyond — with better processes, better service, and better opportunities for our customers. We remain humble but ambitious: focused on simplifying supply, trusted through trade, and keeping sustainability at the heart of what we do.
