On the shop floor at Stoke, we are continuing our journey of continuous improvement. The arrival of Tommy Taylor as Process Engineer adds further strength to our Lean Manufacturing journey, ensuring our operations remain efficient, sustainable, and capable of delivering the highest quality products at scale.

We are also delighted to see Cristina Prihoanca stepping into a new role as Progress Chaser, supporting the flow of work and helping ensure customers get their products on time, every time. Alongside new supervisors, production managers, and maintenance engineers, this growth reflects our ongoing investment in people and processes.

This commitment builds on the direction set a few months ago when Stuart Pickersgill joined the business, bringing additional leadership and drive to our operations. Together, these changes highlight how continuous improvement is not a single initiative but an ongoing philosophy at Listers.
