We are pleased to welcome Lee Cook as our new Customer Care Manager.
Lee will oversee our customer services and processing teams at Stoke, helping us strengthen the way we interact with and support every installer. Alongside Lee, Amy Huscroft joins as Order Administrator, Emma Bailey progresses into an Order Processing role, and we are delighted to welcome back Teegan Ley, who has rejoined the Company but this time within Processing Department after previously working in Customer Service. Together, this growing team ensures that every project — whether it’s a one-off installation or a large commercial order — is managed with efficiency, care, and integrity.
A big part of our work right now is supporting customers in building their own showrooms and providing the right tools and solutions to help them succeed. By strengthening customer service, we’re reinforcing the foundations of what makes Listers trusted through trade: honest communication, dependable supply, and a partnership that helps every customer grow.
