We’re excited to share some fantastic news from within the Listers team – Stuart has joined us as our new Director of Manufacturing at Stoke Factory!

Bringing a wealth of experience from sectors such as automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, and industrial equipment, Stuart has held key roles at renowned companies like JLR, GKN, Doncasters, Specsavers, and Millboard. With this strong background in high-performance manufacturing, Stuart is perfectly positioned to help us deliver on our promise of quality products, on time, every time.

As our customer base continues to grow and demand increases, Stuart’s arrival couldn’t be better timed. His focus will be on ensuring our production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standards of safety and quality. Whether it’s a single window or a full suite of doors, you can count on Listers to deliver with precision and consistency.

Stuart’s role is all about strengthening our foundation – building better systems, improving lead times, and increasing capacity, all while keeping quality at the heart of what we do. This is a big step as we continue to expand our offering and capabilities to support you, our valued installers and trade partners.

But it’s not all spreadsheets and production lines. Outside of work, Stuart is a family man with two junior footballers at home – and when he’s not cheering from the sidelines, you’ll likely find him on the golf course (hopefully not in the rough!).
