Listers’ Staff have Staying Power!
19 members of staff were recognised for completing more than 10 years service, and a further 2 for 15 years long service. So what is it that makes Listers such a great company to work for?

Listers culture of ‘constant change’ and improvement has often seen them lead the field in the Fabrication Industry: 2010 saw them win the G-10 Fabricator Award for a second time in 5 years. This approach gives their staff a dynamic and energetic working environment and a general feeling that they are appreciated and an important part of the business.
